For us at SAVE THE WAVE®, customer satisfaction is a priority. But at the same time, our main goal is to help to reduce environmental pollution and avoid causing more damage to our lovely planet. We want to have our oceans clean and our air fresh!
We would like to ask you to make a purchase consciously. Remember, each returned package comes with a huge environmental cost and leaves a trail of emissions from the different carriages on the way back to us.
We always make sure that we send a high-quality product your way. If you are not sure about the size or fit, please check our size chart or contact our customer service and we will assist you, choosing your swimwear and activewear, so we make sure we ship the perfect one to you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES WITHIN EU
We understand it can be hard to find your perfect fit online. That's why we decided to take over the costs for you if you ship something back. By offering FREE EXCHANGES & RETURNS we still ask you to be aware of the environmental consequences of sending back your parcel. Your customer purchasing behaviour can positively affect the planet. You can only use free returns possibility once per order.
Products, purchased with sale price are not eligible for free returns/exchanges and we are kindly asking you to take care of the shipping label yourself. For exchanges, we take over the costs of sending new items to you (even for products on sale). We will ship them right away after we receive the returned items.

We provide only climate-neutral shipping solutions and choose the most efficient and sustainable partners, which offer different ways to reduce carbon footprint, using tailor-made customer supply chain analytics, identifying potential to make supply chains more carbon-efficient and replacing Heavy Fuel Oil with biofuels.

SAVE THE WAVE can only accept a return/exchange of an item, purchased in our store if the product is returned in its original condition and has all the tags, hygienic liners and other packaging present. In the interests of hygiene, try your purchase over your underwear. We won’t be able to refund if the product is worn or damaged by you.
In case, the returned product matches the conditions of our return policy, we will refund you as soon as we receive the returned product. We will refund the amount to the payment method provided when you placed your order in our store. You will be refunded the amount you paid for the items returned, excluding delivery charges, in case there are such. In case that you return part of your order and after that the total amount for your order falls below €85, we will also retain the amount equal to the shipping costs from The Netherlands to your destination.
