For us at SAVE THE WAVE®, customer satisfaction is a priority. But at the same time, our main goal is to help to reduce environmental pollution and avoid causing more damage to our lovely Planet. We want to have our oceans clean and our air fresh!

We would like to ask you to make a purchase consciously. Remember, each returned package leaves a trail of emissions from the different carriages on the way back to you. You might know, free returns come with a huge environmental cost. We ask you to be aware of the environmental consequences of sending back your parcel. Your customer purchasing behaviour can positively affect the Planet. That’s why we would like you to take responsibility and cover shipping costs, in case you still want to send something back. We always make sure, that we send a high-quality product your way. If you are not sure about the size or fit, please check our size chart or contact our customer service and they will assist you, choosing your swimwear and activewear, so we make sure we ship the perfect one to you.

If you still decided to return or exchange your purchase

SAVE THE WAVE can only accept a return/exchange of an item, purchased in our store if the product is returned in its original condition and has all the tags, hygienic liners and another packaging present. In the interests of hygiene, try your purchase over your underwear. We won’t be able to refund if the product is worn or damaged by you. Please, send an email to info@savethewave.store or use a contact form and we will assist you with your return and send you further instructions.
You have a right to cancel your order at any time within 14 days. Send us an email to info@savethewave.store with your cancellation request or use a contact form. You can return your product within 30 days of receiving a product without giving a reason.

Refund

In case, the returned product match the conditions of our return policy, we will refund you in 14 days from the date on which we receive the returned product. We will refund to the method of payment provided when you placed your order in our store. You will be refunded the amount you paid for the items returned, excluding delivery charges, in case there are such.

You received a damaged product

We are very sad to hear that there is something wrong with your purchase.  At SAVE THE WAVE we highly control every parcel we send. But if you by any reason got a defective product, please get in touch with us immediately, so we can start an investigation and offer a solution. Provide us with as much information as possible concerning the product. 

Once more, we kindly ask you to shop consciously and keep them to a minimum your returns, so together can reduce the environmental impact and let our Earth breathe.
